Community Medicaid "Look Back" in New York: Update

Update:  A 2 1/2 year "look back" for Community Medicaid was passed by the NY State Legislature, but never implemented.  Whether it will ever be implemented is unknown. 

Currently, New Yorkers can to apply for Community Medicaid services without being subject to the “look back.”
