Ben Cutner 

Ben joined Lamson & Cutner permanently in 2025.  He had previously worked for the Firm as a summer intern, during both college and law school. Ben also worked one summer as a legal intern at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General.

Ben graduated from Davidson College in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  He graduated from Boston University School of Law in 2025.  Ben passed the Bar Exam and expects to be admitted to the New York State Bar in 2026.

Ben is happy to be home in New York.  He enjoys working with the Lamson & Cutner team and with his father, David Cutner, who fostered Ben’s interest in Elder Law.  Outside of work, Ben enjoys skiing, tennis, and baseball.
